How to use Hall website to make a provisional booking

Before you start

Catering. All catering is now provided by the in-house caterers and external companies are no longer permitted to use the kitchens or serve behind the bar. Please note bringing your own food into the Hall for an event is also prohibited due to Public Health restrictions.

Availability. Check that the Hall is available on the date you are interested in by checking the calendar.

Eligibility. The Hall is only available to book by current members of Ely Craft Lodges and associated masonic units.

Rooms. You are able to select which room (or rooms) you need to book. Please bear in mind that other events may be taking place in the Hall at the same time.

Bar and catering. If you require the bar to be open, bar staff be supplied for which an additional charge will be made.

How to request a booking

Request a booking. Please complete the booking form (the password is available from your Lodge Secretary). If we have any questions we will contact you to discuss.

Times. Please only book the Hall for the times which you need, e.g. 10 am to 2 pm. This allows the most efficient use of the available facilities for all members.

Confirmation. Your booking will not be considered final until you receive a confirmation email from the Hall committee. This will be sent to the contact email address you entered on the form.

Payment. All payments must be made before the event takes place and should be made via bank transfer to the Hall Treasurer (Lodge Secretaries have access to their email address).
